Corinthian Lodge Presents $1000 to Universal Fraternity Lodge No. 149 Saturday January 16th. 2010
On Saturday evening, Universal Fraterity Lodge No. 140 (Hatian Lodge), met for a rememberance prayer service. Corinthian Lodge was proud to be the first to present them with $1000 towards the Hatian Relief Fund.

Entered Apprentice Degree at Corinthian Lodge #104 Tuesday November 24th. 2009
Congratulations to Bro. Ruben Philipe and Bro. Chris Hatzikostas on completing their Entered Apprentice degree. The degree was performed at Corinthian Lodge #104 with Bro. Tony Foote sitting in the East.
Visitors included Rt. W. Bro. Charles A. Buck, Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Connecticut, Rt. W. Bro. Simon LaPlace, Grent Senior Deacon and other visitors from local lodges. Rt. W. Bro. Jim McWain and W. Bro. Lemuel Johnson presented the first lecture. W. Bro. Dennis Corsalini also presented the Bible Lecture and the Charge for the degree.
The third lecture was presented by Rt. W. Bro. Theodore Doolittle.
It was a pleasure to see some past lodge members returning to see the degree.
W.Bro Phillip Perrigo, W. Bro. Bob Warner and Bro. Dario Lopez all came to visit and see the degree. It was a pleasure to to them and we look forward to their return in the future.

A brother from Corinthian Lodge # 104 to serve on Bridgeport City Council.
Anderson Ayala, 38, and his father Manuel Ayala, 77, are believed to hold the distinction of being the first father-son team to serve on the Bridgeport City Council at the same time. Anderson, has two sisters and a brother, grew up on the city's East Side of Bridgeport. He attended Kolbe Cathedral High School and Mitchell College in New London. He now lives in Bridgeport with his wife, Alicia Moreno. Anderson joined Corinthian Lodge #104 this year, taking his Entered Apprentice degree in May, he was passed to the degree of Fellow Craft in September and was raised on November 21st at Universal-Fraternity Lodge #149. Anderson has become a vital member of Corinthian Lodge and sat in as the Junior Steward for our Entered Apprentice Degree on November 24th, which was attended by Rt. W. Bro. Charles Buck, Deputy Grand Master and officers of the Grand Lodge line, Including Rt. W. Bro. Jim McWain, the senior officer in District 1. Anderson will be the Senior Steward for Corinthian Lodge for 2010, and we look forward to watching him as he gradually moves up to the East.
